Artist's Description

This painting represents the frailty of our world. The storm cloud is reaching down, and could possibly irreparably damage what little we can see of humanity's creations. In actuality, this storm slipped away relatively quietly, but at this point in time you could be looking at a monster. We can see fixed points in time, and we can guess at the future based on the past, but we can never know the future. The only certainty is the present.

About Joseph A Langley

Joseph A Langley

Space - the final frontier... wait a minute, that's somebody else's. From a very young age I was fascinated with architecture, which shows through in much of my artwork today. I have exhibited in numerous shows, and received a few pieces of paper from my local postsecondary institution - well, more than a few, but I'm not referring to the bills. My artwork can be found in various private collections and will show up in the oddest places - sometimes I don't even know about it! If you decide to contact me, please be aware that I'm methodical, meaning slow. And not really methodical. You'll get a response eventually (most likely).
